Q.How much does it cost to hire a bouncy castle in Coventry?

Standard bouncy castle hire in Coventry starts from around £70 per day for a small children's castle, with larger themed castles, assault courses and adult-rated inflatables ranging from £120 to £250 per day. Prices include local delivery within Coventry, setup, safety anchoring and collection. For postcodes outside CV1–CV8 a small mileage fee may apply — request a quote for an exact price.

Q.Do you deliver bouncy castles and party equipment across the West Midlands?

Yes. We deliver across Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Rugby, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and the wider West Midlands. Delivery within Coventry (CV1–CV8) is included in the hire price. For venues further out we add a small mileage contribution, quoted upfront with no surprises on the day.

Q.Are your bouncy castles PIPA tested and insured?

Every inflatable in our fleet is PIPA tested annually (the UK safety standard for commercial inflatables) and we carry £5 million public liability insurance. We can email a copy of our PIPA certificates and insurance schedule directly to your venue, school or event organiser — many require this before an event.

Q.How far in advance should I book?

For weekends between May and September we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead, especially for themed castles, marquees and ice cream trailers. Midweek and off-season dates are usually available with 1–2 weeks' notice, and we sometimes have last-minute cancellations — call or WhatsApp us to check same-week availability.

Q.What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Light rain is usually fine — most of our bouncy castles have built-in shower covers. In the case of persistent heavy rain or high winds (over 24mph, in line with PIPA guidance), we'll contact you the day before or on the morning to reschedule to another available date free of charge, or refund your deposit in full.

Q.Do I need a power supply for a bouncy castle?

Yes — bouncy castles use a continuous-flow electric blower that plugs into a standard UK 13A socket. We supply up to 25m of heavy-duty extension lead. For parks, fields and venues without mains power we can provide a silenced petrol generator for an additional £45 per day.

Q.How much space do I need in my garden?

For a standard 12ft x 12ft children's bouncy castle you'll want at least 15ft x 18ft of flat grass with 8ft of headroom, plus a clear route from your gate (minimum 32 inch / 82cm gate width). Larger inflatables and assault courses need more — we'll ask for your garden dimensions when you book and confirm the right size for the space.

Q.Do you hire ice cream vans and trailers for weddings?

Yes. Our ice cream trailers are a popular wedding and corporate booking — we serve real dairy ice cream, soft-serve, sorbets and lollies with a uniformed attendant. Packages start from £395 for 2 hours of unlimited service for up to 100 guests, with add-ons for sundaes, toppings and branded flags.

Q.Can I hire marquees, tables and chairs together with a bouncy castle?

Absolutely — most of our bookings are bundles. We handle delivery, setup and collection of everything in one visit, which usually works out cheaper than hiring from separate suppliers. Use the enquiry form with your date and rough guest count and we'll put a full package quote together.

Q.What areas of Coventry do you cover?

We cover all Coventry postcodes (CV1, CV2, CV3, CV4, CV5, CV6, CV7, CV8) with free delivery, including Earlsdon, Cheylesmore, Coundon, Radford, Tile Hill, Binley, Wyken, Finham, Allesley and Keresley. Nearby areas like Kenilworth, Balsall Common, Meriden, Bedworth and Nuneaton are covered with a small delivery fee.

Q.Do you require a deposit?

A £25 refundable deposit secures your booking date. The balance is payable by cash or bank transfer on the day of delivery. For weddings and corporate bookings over £500 we take a 25% deposit and the remainder 7 days before the event.

Q.Is bouncy castle hire safe for adults?

Yes — we have a range of adult-rated inflatables including assault courses, gladiator duels, and larger castles rated for users up to 6ft 5in. All adult-suitable units are clearly marked in our catalogue and come with usage guidelines. Mixing adults and small children on the same inflatable at the same time is not recommended for safety.
